HEALTH;retirement community services; namely, a continuum of health care from independent living to skilled nursing care, as well as health care related supportive and protective services, excluding providing insurances;

RESIDENT CENTERED LIFESTYLE

providing recreational, social, cultural, athletic and other services based on the social rather than the medical model of aging to promote the independence and mental and physical well-being of senior adults in a retirement community place of residence;

TRUST DEPOSIT PROGRAM

providing reduced rent for residents of retirement communities based upon their maintenance of a fixed sum deposit in a specified type of bank account at participating banks;DEPOSIT PROGRAM;
