The mark consists of three dimensional trade dress of the product packaging for the goods. The packaging includes three components: an outer box, an inner tray, and several individual pipe boxes. Outer box: the box in which the goods are packaged is white with a yellow diamond pattern, wherein the pattern includes darker, closely spaced diamonds transitioning to lighter, more widely spaced diamonds. The right side panel includes the diamond pattern oriented from bottom to top. A black partial cloud design is centered on the panel, where the cloud's top is folded back toward the box interior. On the panel's right, the black wording LIT appears in inside a black cloud design, both on a white background.
