The mark consists of an image in the shape of the state of Arizona, featuring three negative-space semi-circles on the right hand side that decrease in size from left to right. To the right of the Arizona-shape are the words SCALE UP LOCAL FIRST ARIZONA FOUNDATION, in which SCALE UP is in larger font above the words LOCAL FIRST ARIZONA FOUNDATION. To the right of SCALE UP, and above the word FOUNDATION is are shapes resembling two mountain ranges and three city buildings, with an arrow that begins at the lower left corner of the darker mountain range, and features two 90-degree bends to mirror the descent and ascent of the left side of the mountain, and culminates with the triangular conclusion of the arrow above the darker mountain range peak.
