The mark consists of the design of a framed oval having large wing-like tabs on each side and with the outside framing consisting of a larger outside border band, a middle contrasting band, and a thin line inner band. The phrasing at the center of the design consists of a large block lettering in all-caps, and with a dash separating the lettering, for the phrase MAR-K which is centered across the front of the oval and extends into the winged portions. The MAR-K block lettering is a 3-diminisional lettering having a contrasting thin line border. Below the MAR-K lettering in a small initial-caps cursive font is the wording MANUFACTURING, and above the MAR-K lettering is a drawing of a large five-pointed star.
