The mark consists of two concentric circles around the words NATIONAL SOCIETY OF THE SONS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION ORGANIZED APRIL 30, 1889 encircling two additional concentric circles surrounding thirteen stars and a graphic design depicting a Revolutionary War era soldier bearing a rifle standing next to a plow.;As to NATIONAL SOCIETY OF THE SONS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION ORGANIZED APRIL 30, 1889;Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.;Promoting public awareness of the need for reverence of the principles underlying the founding of the United States including the institutions of American freedom, an appreciation for true patriotism, respect for the national symbols of the United States and recognition of the value of American citizenship through perpetuating the accounts of patriotism, courage, sacrifice, tragedy and triumph of the persons who supported and effected the independence of the American people and through maintaining records and documents of the American Revolution and the participants in that cause;SOCIETY;
