The outer concentric circle is red, while the wording and the circle designs are white. Inside the outer concentric circles are two other concentric circles, with the outer one being blue and the inner one being white. The interior design is blue and includes the wording RECOGNIZED BY THE NATIONAL UCCA and SAFE CLEAN CARE, all within stylized stacked white lettering.
