The mark consists of the stylized text MOTIVE. The T in MOTIVE is a designed anchor with the capital letters M and O just slightly to the left stock of the anchor with a bit of space in between the left side stock of the anchor and the letters M and O. The letters I, V, and E to complete the word MOTIVE are just slightly to the right side stock of the anchor with a bit of space in between the right side stock of the anchor and the capital letters I, V, and E.
