Arranging and conducting athletic competitions, namely, an event consisting of a series of mental and physical challenges intended to give participants an experience similar to that of being a Navy SEAL trainee;SEAL and CHALLENGE;

Entertainment and sporting event services, namely, organizing and conducting sporting competitions featuring a wide variety of sports; entertainment services in the nature of a reality-based television series featuring a wide variety of sporting events;
