Organizing community festivals featuring primarily fishing tournament and catfish cookoff and also providing live musical entertainment, outdoor expo and a kids zone;The mark consists of a curved catfish with blue upper body and white lower body protruding from a double-framed oval having a cream background, and containing stylized splashing blue water, across the middle of which is overlaid a black rectangular shape containing the words BIG CATCH in white, and floating just below the oval, the words CATFISH FESTIVAL, are spelled out in blue letters in a curve to match the contour of the oval.;The color(s) blue, white, cream and black is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;CATFISH FESTIVAL;
