The mark consists of a transparent rectangle with a white border, within the transparent rectangle on the top portion are four black squares each containing a white letter, the first box on the left contains the letter G, to the right is the letter U, to the right is the letter G, and to the right is the letter U, below which is the word BY in black, below which is the black wording GUZZIE and GUSS separated by a green plus sign. Although the color gray appears in the mark, it represents transparent areas of the mark that are not part of the mark.
