POSTAL GUITARS

The mark consists of a design of a postage stamp with the words POSTAL GUITARS. The stamp design consists of a scalloped edge with the term POSTAL inside a shaded rectangle at the top. There is a design of a locomotive and train cars with the locomotive emitting smoke. The term GUITARS is superimposed over the train design. Beneath and to either side of the train are two circles. The right circle contains a stylized eye. The left circle contains a representation of a stylized hand touching shut-off wheel .
