The mark includes a checkered shield in the middle. In the top-left square of the shield is the letter P, in the bottom-right square of the shield is the letter U. Two lions are standing on hind legs and holding the shield with their front legs, one lion to the right of the shield, one lion to the left. Each lion's mouth is open with a protruding tongue. A knight's helmet sits atop the shield. To the right and left of the helmet, extending from behind the shield, are twisting leaves. Below the shield and lions is a banner that reads in latin, Vidi Vici Veni, which translates to I saw I conquered I came.
