The mark consists of a blue shield with a black border divided in three parts. The top third contains two groups of 5 yellow stylized circular objects, with blue for definition on the background, arranged as a star extending out from a center yellow circle. The bottom third contains one group of 5 yellow stylized objects, with blue for definition on the background, arranged as a star extending out from a center yellow circle. The middle third of the shield is a yellow horizontal strip with 17 black geometric objects arranged in three horizontal rows of 6, 5, and 6, each object consists of 3 diamond shapes connected to an arrow pointing up. At the top of the shield is an ornate silver and yellow helmet-like object with 5 plumes in blue and yellow with black accents extending from the top; below the plumes and above the helmet are blue and yellow wound rope with black accents; the top part of the helmet has four curved areas in black, each containing white vertical borders that appear bolted to the top of the helmet, the middle part of the helmet is divided into 2 sections with a black vertical line in the center, each section containing two jeweled objects in red inside a white oval surrounded by 10 small white circles with a black border, and black lines accenting the area; the bottom section of the helmet is yellow on silver and contains four of the same jeweled objects, 2 on each side of the helmet, black lines accenting the area; small white circles with black borders appear below the jeweled objects, 4 on the right, 3 on the left; the front of the helmet forms a wide inverted V in white to form a stylized fleur de lys design; black lines accent the helmet; surrounding the helmet and shield are blue and yellow stylized ivy designs with black outlines below the shield is a stylized POTTER & CO in black with a lower case p and the letters o, t, t, e and r underlined.;The color(s) black, white, blue, red, yellow and silver is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;Private investigation;CO.;
