The mark consists of a shield design with a black, red and blue border with white and red triangular arrows above the wording and a white triangular arrow at the bottom of the shield and containing the red stylized lettering NFR outlined in blue in the center of the shield with the word JUNIOR in blue and outlined in black above the lettering NFR and the words LAS VEGAS in blue and outlined in black on a white banner underneath NFR. Underneath the wording LAS VEGAS and the banner and above the white triangular arrow is a blue area containing no wording. A stylized partial diamond shape in black is on each end of the banner. A short, diagonal red line is on top of each end of the banner.
