The mark comprises the phrase EL ÁGUILA CIA with a design consisting of a square with semicircle designs around the edges of the entire square, inside this is another square with dotted lines, inside which is another frame with a background of wavy lines in the centre, there are two parallel horizontal lines, between which is the phrase EL ÁGUILA CIA, above which in the upper central part is the image of an eagle with semi-open wings, holding in its talons a list with the legend AQUILA CHRYSAETOS MEXICANUS (non-reserveable legend), with one of its talons open in front of the list and another one to the left and closed. The stamp on the right side includes the legend TEQUILA JALISCO 1910-1920 (non-reservable legend) where the image of a man in military apparel is seen, both stamps have a square seal in the middle of both that says 100% AGAVE¿ (non-reservable legend).
