The mark consists of a circle divided in 10 sections, with the words SOBE LIFE THERAPY in the upper center of the circle and the words Emotional Balance in the middle of the circle, followed by phrases in consecutive order within the remaining sections of the circle: self-awareness, meaningful connections, life with a purpose, followed by self-esteem, motivation, followed by time management, problem solving, assertiveness, followed by stress management, mood stabilization, followed by healthy relationships, followed by enjoy what you do, and ending with reaching joy, and depicting a large arrow at the bottom of the circle from left to right. Two of the circle segments are empty. There is a curved, arc-shaped line at the top and the bottom of the circle.
