The mark consists of the literal element backyard in-a-box by Sunjoy enclosed within an outer rectangle provided together with an umbrella in the upper portion of the mark. The word backyard is disposed in the top portion of the outer rectangle, while the phrase in-a-box by Sunjoy is located beneath the word backyard and is disposed within a smaller, filled rectangle. The words by and Sunjoy are arranged in a stacked manner on the right side of the phrase in-a-box within the smaller, filled rectangle. The vertical line portion of the letter k in the word backyard is extended above the top line of the outer rectangle so as to form a handle of the umbrella.
