The words Animal Planet are written accross the middle of the image and the word Photoghaphy in a smaller size sits below the Animal Planet words, but still accross the middle of the world image. One color is embosed over the whole image and text. The color fills in the continents, the circle arround the earth and all the words. We use only one embosed color for different porduct appications. The colors (only one in any given application) we use are black, white, gold, yellow, silver and grey..;The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, black, white, gold, yellow, silver, and grey.;Stock photography services, namely, leasing reproduction rights of photographs and transparencies to others;
