Assisting families, schools, law enforcement and governmental agencies in investigating and prosecuting cases of missing and exploited children; advocating for changes in laws, treaties, and policies for the protection of these children; and providing information and technical assistance to citizens, law enforcement and governmental agencies on missing and exploited children through training programs, publications and the global distribution of images of and information about missing children;
