Software, namely, a proprietary software application for use in mobile devices to allow individual users to connect with a public safety answering point in a municipality not immediately local to the user with the option to conference with a third party known to the user through full telephone dialing and answering call features of the mobile device being available through the software application, including dialing public safety answering points not in the current locality, conference calling a third party and any public safety answering point, and software application features such as storing personal emergency medical information on the mobile device or in cloud-based storage, texting, video calling and GPS;911 BUDDY;
