The mark consists of a baby seated in diapers wearing a cap with the brim facing left. The baby is crying and his eyes have a reversed partial dollar sign as each iris. The baby has a t-shirt with a cross on the front, diaper, and socks on. The baby is holding the right half of a peace symbol broken roughly down the center strip. The remaining half of the broken peace symbol is just beyond the feet of the baby.
