The mark consists of a blue and gold crest with the words WINE PSI PHI and FREE BLACK PROUD in yellow above the crest. Below the crest are the words UNITY IN THE COMMUNITY in purple. The crest is divided into three parts. The upper part of the crest features a capital W with yellow border and blue interior. The left side of the crest has a yellow sun in the lower corner with yellow sunrays extending from the sun. The right side of the crest has a yellow crescent moon and six yellow stars. On each side of the crest there is a yellow arrow pointing upward. Below the crest to the bottom left there is a silver lance, which extends under the crest to the upper right of the crest, with a blue border and blue and gold hilt. Below the crest to the bottom right there is a silver sword, which extends under the crest to the upper left of the crest, with a blue border and blue and gold hilt.;The color(s) blue, yellow, purple, gold, and silver is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.;Association services, namely, organizing chapters of a fraternity and promoting the interests of the members thereof; Charitable services, namely, organizing and conducting volunteer programs and community service projects;
